find provider assistance
TRICARE Prime beneficiaries may visit the Prime Web page on the TRICARE Web site at http://www.tricare.osd.mil/tricareprime/default.cfm where there is "locate a provider" icon, in which the beneficiary can locate a provider in their area. However, if the beneficiary does not have access to the internet they can call their regional contractor at the following toll free numbers: TriWest at (888)-TRIWEST; (888) 874-9378 to locate a provider.
